ON VEHICLE REPAIRS

A. INTERCOOLER REMOVAL

1. Remove the stone guard

(Refer Stone guard re-

moval procedure in Body section).

2. Disconnect TMAP sensor connection on Inter-

cooler.

3. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the inter-

cooler inlet hose.

4. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the outlet

hose

5. Loosen and remove the 4 bolts and take out the

Intercooler assembly.

FITMENT

For re-fitment, follow reverse order of removal pro-

cedure.
