H. CHILLER UNIT (HEAT EXCHANGER)
REMOVAL
Type
– Plate type chiller
REMOVAL
1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle.
2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put
masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal
& cable.
3. Discharge the refrigerant using standard
recovering equipment.
(Refer maintenance
section.)
4. Remove Electrical connection of chiller unit.
5. Remove the mounting nut and disconnect the
Suction line and the discharge line of Heat
Exchanger.
6. Remove the hose and drain the coolant of heat
exchanger to coolant pump.
7. Remove the hose and drain the coolant of heat
exchanger to HV battery.
