NOTE

Always use compressor vibration dampers

Do’s and Don'ts

• Use only recommended refrigerant (R134a)

and correct charge quantity (580 gms) in the

AC system

• Use only recommended lubricating oil for AC

compressor (POE RL68H oil)

• Ensure HV and LV connections of PTC heater

are properly connected

• Don’t remove connections of PTC heater when

it is working

• Always check coolant level in BCS tank

• Avoid coolant leakage in BCS system

• Do not change routing of coolant hoses. If

hose get pinch then coolant flow will be

restricted leading to battery over heat.

F. BATTERY COOLING PUMP REMOVAL

NOTE:

Drain the coolant. (Refer BCS Coolant

draining procedure).

‘While draining the coolant BCS Aux. tank

Cap must be in open condition’.

1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle.

2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put

masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal

& cable.

Remove the connected the hoses battery to

cooling pump and Heat Exchanger.

Fitment.

Follow reverse procedure for assembly
