B. CRADLE REMOVAL
NOTES

Accessibility of PDU assembly fasteners from
top side
➢
Accessibility of dc-dc converter & charger
fasteners from bottom side
➢
Dc-dc converter to be assembled before
charger.
1. Refer Instructions for working on HV
Components mention before starting work.
2. Remove Auxiliary (12V) battery
(Refer
Auxiliary battery removal procedure in LV
Electrical section).
3.
Remove PDU
(Refer PDU removal
procedure).
4. Remove DC-DC Converter & OBC Charger
unit.
(Refer DC-DC Converter & OBC Charger
unit removal procedure).
5.
Remove E Drive
(Refer E Drive removal
procedure).
6.
Remove Compressor
(Refer Compressor
removal procedure).
7. Remove mountings on cradle assembly and
take out bracket and suction pipe compressor
end at the main line.
8.
Remove Chiller Unit
(Refer Chiller Unit
procedure).
9.
Remove Vacuum pump
(Refer Vacuum pump
procedure).
10. Support the Cradle assembly suitably.
11. Remove 2 mounting bolts at “A mount “of
cradle.
12. Remove 2 mounting bolts at “B mount “of
cradle.
13. Take out the Cradle from vehicle.
