SS8451S2-Y- 4 Nos. Apply specified torque.
STEP 4

Then mount DC – DC & OBC assy on cradle
& hand tight bolts and vacuum pump support
mount. Apply recommended torque.

H/FL SCR M8X20 TS17130-8.8-SS8457S1-
BL-B, - 3 Nos.
➢
HEX FL SCR M6X12 TS17130-8.8-
SS8451S2-Y, - 1 Nos.
➢
Mount & hand tight the bottom side bolts.
Apply specified torque.
➢
HEX FL SCR M6X12 TS17130-8.8-
SS8451S2-Y, - 2 Nos.
STEP 5
➢
Locate PDU assy on cradle and hand tight all
bolt. Tighten the bolts with specified torque.
➢
H/FL BOLT M8X25 TS17130 8.8 SS8457S1-
S-B - 4 Nos.
STEP 6
➢
Assemble the suction pipe compressor end at
the main line and then after tight bolt with
recommended torque.
➢
H/FL SCR M8X20 TS17130-8.8-SS8457S1-
BL-B, - 1- Nos.
