REMOVAL
1. Refer Instructions for working on HV
Components mention before starting work.
2. Discharge the refrigerant using standard
recovering equipment.
(Refer maintenance
section.)
3. Remove Electrical Connection to compressor.
4. Loosen and Remove the ground terminal cable
screw to compressor.
5. Remove the mounting nut and disconnect the
Suction pipe of compressor to Heat
Exchanger.
6. Remove the mounting nut and disconnect the
Discharge pipe of compressor to front end
module assy.
7. Loosen and remove the mounting cap screw of
compressor and take it out.
Fitment.
Follow reverse procedure for assembly.
Tighten the following fasteners to the
recommended torque.
i) Compressor mounting.
ii) Refrigerant lines on compressor.
