NOTE
Due to the weight of the sunroof assembly it is
recommended that you use Jacks to support the
sunroof assembly to avoid twisting of guide rails
during handling.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
Sunroof to be aligned to BIW with help of
Sunroof alignment Tool 541258905101 &
287158900675. Locating holes are available
in sunroof & BIW.
1.4.47 WIND DEFLECTOR
REMOVAL
1. Position the Front Glass panel in the open
position.
2. Remove the left and right Spring holder by
pushing the snap And Slide it forward from
bottom of guide rail.
NOTE
Observe the Spring holder orientation before
removal; label and mark if necessary.
