1.4.50 SUNSHADE ROLLO ASSEMBLY (SUN
BLIND)
REMOVAL
1. Position the Front Glass panel in the Close
position. Open Rollo to complete open
position.
2. Remove complete sunroof assembly from car
body. (Refer R+R of Sunroof).
3. Remove the Rear Glass panel from Sunroof
assembly. (Refer R+R of Rear Glass Panel).
4. Manually rotate Motor pinion Anti Clockwise
as shown.
5. Move the Rollo assembly from fully open
position to service position as shown.
6. Remove two (2) M5 screws on both the sides
of the Rollo assembly as shown.
7. Remove the Inner seal from the guide rail on
either side up to a certain length so that there
is enough space to remove the slider.
8. Slightly loosen the Slider and remove it from
the cable carrier on either side of the Rollo
assembly.
9. Remove the Rollo assembly from the sunroof
by slowly sliding & lifting It upwards.
NOTE
Observe the Slider position/orientation before
removal from the guide rail and cable carrier; label
and mark if necessary.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
NOTE
After installing the Rollo, manually rotate the
motor pinion clockwise extend the Rollo fabric
about 50cm to see if the Rollo spring entered the
blind rail. Notice that if the spring does not enter
blind rail correctly, it will cause Rollo fabric to curl
or tear.
