11. TRANSAXLE
DISASSEMBLY
ON
BENCH:
1. Ensure that oil is drained completely from the
transaxle before mounting on the work stand.
2. Fix the mounting bracket 5425 5890 0603 &
5425 5890 0604 on work stand 5425 5890
0605 by using hex bolt.
3. Mount transaxle face on mounting plate and
fix it by three hex bolts of M10 size.
4. Remove assembly reverse light switch.
Remove the ‘B’ mount bracket if required.
5. Remove clip & take out hydraulic adaptor.
6. Remove mounting bolt of concentric slave
cylinder assembly & take out concentric slave
cylinder assembly.
7. Remove mounting screw of rear cover & take
out rear cover.
8. Remove Hex FL bolt M8x25 & take out Top
Cover Assy. with cable Mounting. Bracket.
9. Remove Oil Seal of drive shaft.
