ix. FITMENT OF INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Loose fit the injector claws on the head cover.
2. Install all the four fuel injectors. Tighten the
injector claws.
3. Install the fuel rail assembly.
4. Connect back leak hose to injectors.
5. Connect the high pressure fuel lines to all the
fuel injectors.
6. Install the glow plugs using the special tool.
7. Place the gasket on the intake ports of the
cylinder head. Make sure to use new gasket
when installing.
