Customer Symptom

AC request cannot be manually selected

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

The AC switch is stuck and AC is deactivated also AC

LED status is not changing

Lamp Status (If Any)

No Limphome

Fault Detection Condition

AC Request Button-Signal Stuck Low

Normal Operating Condition

To make AC ON/OFF

Probable Trouble Area

Mode switch component failure.

Healing Condition

Check and lubricate switch, replace control panel

Component Details:

AC switch Button is shown in above image. This button used to change the AC position from ON to OFF or Vice

versa.

Preliminary Checks:

Switch On the IGN & perform the following check.

1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code

2) If the fault code exists, refer the corrective actions
