Trouble Shooting:-
Voltage
fluctuates
between 0V and

Disconnect RLS power supply connector.
Check voltage b/w pins.

Is DTC
Present?

Stop
1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
2. Turn the Ignition ON
3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
4. Record the DTC & Clear
5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON.
6. Read ECU parameters 4C44 (RLS over Voltage error)
using diagnostic tool
Range: 9 to 16 V.
7. Verify If B2264 – 17 is present
Replace wiring harness
(Vehicle side)
Check resistance of under bonnet fuse
box (60 Amp).
Is it infinity
/Showing No
value (fuse is
blown)?
Yes
No
Replace the respective
fuse
