Fault Detection Condition
If Battery(supply) voltage greater than 16V
Alternator voltage o/p is greater than 14.5V.
Normal Operating Condition
Normal operating range:
ECU will be awake from 9V to 16 V.
Full assistance is b/w 11.5 to 16 volts.
Reduced assistance is b/w 9 to 11.5 V

Preliminary Checks:
1. Voltage at the battery terminals should be greater than 11.5V.
2. RLS power supply connector should have greater than 11.5V for full assistance.
3. Check battery cable and RLS connector terminals for damage.
4. Check RLS for pin bend/damage.
