Door Unlock control driver Relay/ Tailgate Unlock
Control Relay – circuit short to battery

Is connector
faulty?
1. Remove relay from its mounting base.
2.Check continuity between BCM connector
pin
[C1-27]
and BCM battery
[C3-2/C3-1]
.
1. Remove
driver door unlock relay/tailgate unlock relay matting
connector
.
2. Perform visual check of connector for pins bend or damaged etc.
Is connector
faulty?
1. Remove all BCM connector.
2. Take out
driver door unlock relay/tailgate unlock relay output
wire
[C1-27]
from connector.
3. Reconnect all connectors including battery.
4. Check if driver door unlocks.
Driver door
unlocks?
BCM ECU faulty
Replace BCM ECU
Correct driver door unlock actuator side
wiring harness.(Short to battery)
Correct connector
fault(Terminals bend)
Correct connector
fault(Terminals bend)
