Start
Connect the Diagnostic Tool and check for DTCs
Is DTC B160B – 12
present?
STOP
NO
Check DTC present is Current or history
YES
History?
YES
Is DTC B160B – 12
present?

Check BCM, driver door unlock relay/tailgate unlock
relay connector for terminal backout.
NO

Are connectors loose?
Reconnect connectors firmly

1. Remove BCM side wiring harness connector.
2. Perform visual check of connectors for pins bend or
damaged etc.

1. Disconnect vehicle battery connection.
(Please follow the safety guidelines)

Door Unlock control driver Relay/ Tailgate Unlock
Control Relay – circuit short to battery
1. Clear the DTC from memory.
2. Turn the IGN to OFF.
3. Start the IGN.
4. Check for DTCs.
