Step 12

After successful reflashing system shall show message “Software has been updated

successfully. System will restart now” and system shall restart on its own without user intervention.

Step 13

After successful restart system shall function with full functionality.

2.4.3. Exceptions and Variations

1. Infotainment system shall monitor the vehicle battery status. In case of low battery

conditions Infotainment system shall show message “Low Battery!! Software cannot be

updated”.

2. If Validation is not successful, system will show message “corrupted Software flash file”.

3. If USB is removed while reflashing is in progress, then Infotainment system shall show

popup “Software update has been interrupted, please insert USB with valid software. ” till

User insert USB drive with valid software.
