Hydraulic system fluids for gearbox with

hydraulic selection – check level and top

up if necessary.

Connect the Battery connections and re-

move the battery support / drip tray.

Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry

out the following operations:

Hydraulic system for gearbox with hy-

draulic selection – Bleed air.

Clutch self-calibration enablement.

Grid self tuning - service.

New actuators (only if the hydraulic actu-

ation unit is being replaced).

Remove the car from the lift.

Pressure Accumulator on Hydraulic Actuator

Unit Removal:

Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry

out the accumulator depressurisation pro-

cedure.

Disconnect the battery and remove the

battery and battery support / drip tray.

1. Unscrew and remove the pressure accu-

mulator (1a) complete with O-ring (1b).

Pressure Accumulator on Hydraulic Actuator

Unit Fitment:

1. Place the pressure accumulator (1a) com-

plete with new O-ring (1b) back in its

housing and tighten it to the prescribed

torque.

Refill the electro-hydraulic selection gear-

box hydraulic control system, with

reference to:

Hydraulic system fluids for gearbox with

hydraulic selection – check level and top

up if necessary.

Connect the Battery connections and re-

move the battery support / drip tray.

Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry

out the following operations:

Hydraulic system for gearbox with hy-

draulic selection – Bleed air.

Clutch self-calibration enablement.

Grid self tuning - service.

New actuators (only if the hydraulic actu-

ation unit is being replaced).
