Clutch plate speed (this signal is detected by
the sensor which reads the speed of the
main shaft***):
Check the state of the connections and the
continuity of the wiring. If a fault is found
restore/replace the wiring.
Replace the clutch plate speed sensor and
check the correct reading of the position by
performing a series of gear changes.
Car speed:
Clutch plate speed sensor operation check
with road test:
1.
Connect diagnostic tool equipment.
2.
In the Parameters environment, display:
Engine rpm
Clutch plate speed
3.
Perform a road test at constant speed
without performing gear changes (V ~ 30
km/h).
4.
When driving observe the two selected
parameters.
5.
Check that there are not any significant
fluctuations/differences of the clutch rpm
signal compared with the engine rpm.
