Automated Manual Transmission
24
NOTES:
The procedure takes approximately 5
minutes.
The procedure must be requested with en-
gine off and key on.
Hydraulic pressure must be above the gear
range). The battery voltage should be within
the preset limits (vehicle operating range).
Carry out a key-off and complete power latch
(15 sec) to store the values in the ECU. Power
latch takes approximately 15 seconds.
The following functions must be automatical-
ly activated for the procedure:
Clutch closed position rapid auto calibra-
tion
Clutch travel test.
Clutch bleeding
Clutch SV current auto calibration
Grid auto calibration
At the end of the procedure, if the outcome
is negative a code is shown according to the
table shown below, to understand the true
causes.

Auto calibration OK
The procedure must be carried out in the fol-
lowing conditions:
Engine off
Battery voltage within a range
Ignition ON
Hydraulic pressure above threshold
The procedure will end with self-calibration
KO if any one of the conditions listed above
does not occur.
Furthermore, the procedure may be aborted
for the following reasons:
Error of engagement, selection, clutch sen-
sors
Error on clutch engagement and selection
drivers/solenoid valves error on sen-
sors/solenoid valves/ECU supply
