Distance at rear: 50mm

NOTE



Upper wishbone torque to be given in the

above specified condition.(Refer tightening

torque table)



Before assembly check condition of ball joint,



Check excessive play in the ball joint, if

excessive wear is found replace the same

with new one.

Ball Joint Axial Play

0.1 mm max.

Ball Joint Radial Play

0.2 mm max.

E. BUMP STOPPER

REMOVAL

Bump stopper is mounted on the frame. Loosen

and remove the bump stopper and separate the

same from the frame.

Follow the same procedure for other stopper

also.

ASSEMBLY

For assembly tighten the stopper assembly on the

frame.

NOTE



Make sure that the specified torque is always

maintained. Refer tightening torque table.



Check condition of bump stopper for any

cracks chipping, wear and tear before fitment.
