II FRONT DAMPER BOTTOM BUSH
1. Remove the front damper bottom bush using
special tool assembly
(Part No.
2870 5890 32
58)
as shown in below arrangement.
2. Place the lower bush on bottom support (2) as
shown in below image.
3. Place the Dolly on bush (1) as shown in below
image.
4. Press the Dolly with the sufficient pressure
and take out the bush.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the damper bottom bush using special
tool assembly
(Part No. 2870 5890 32 58)
as
shown in below arrangement.
2. Place the lower bush on bottom support (2) as
shown in below image.
3. Place the spacer (3) on bush as shown in
below image.
5. Place the dolly (1) and Press with the
sufficient pressure to fit the bush.
III UPPER WISHBONE BUSH
REMOVAL
1. Remove the Upper Wishbone suspension
bush using special tool assembly
(Part No.
2870 5890 01 12)
as shown in below
arrangement.
2. Mount the upper wishbone assembly on to the
fixture and lock the same by tightening the
socket head screws
(4 Nos.)
of the upper
plate and tighten the grab screw
(3 Nos.)
of
the support to lock the bush housing for any
movement while pressing out the bush.
