REMOVAL:

1. Remove the head lining assembly (Refer Body

section)

2. Disconnect the electrical connection.

3. Remove the locking ring and take out the micro-

phone.

REFITMENT

For refitment follow the procedure in reverse.

8.17.6 ANTENNA

The antenna designed to effectively capture radiat-

ed RF signals in the AM and FM bands.

LOCATION:

Antenna is located on the roof at the rear side of vehi-

cle on selected models. In some models provision is

given for fitment.

REMOVAL:

1. Remove the third row roof lamp to access the an-

tenna mounting. (Refer Third Row Roof Lamp

Removal Section).

2. Disconnect the electrical connection.

3. Remove the fixing screw and take out the antenna

from the top.

REFITMENT

For refitment follow the procedure in reverse.
