Remove crankshaft main bearing and thrust washer

and duly mark them with paint, in case they are to

be re-used.

Remove drive shaft spigot bearing from crank shaft

using puller Pt. No. 2654 5890 0306. Fig. 63

Unscrew banjo bolt and remove assembly piston

cooling nozzles from cylinder crank case.

Dismantling of sub-assemblies :

Air Inlet Manifold.

Remove bracket for accelerator cable.

Fuel rail :

Unscrew the two mounting bolts of fuel rail. Fig. 64

Unclip the restoring clip of injectors and pull the

injectors out of the fuel rail. Fig. 65
