Remove rear lifting bracket from cylinder head.

Insert timing plate (Pt. No. 2699 5890 06 01) in the

milled slots of both the cam shafts. Fig. 35

NOTE :

If both the slots are not aligned with timing plate,

remove flywheel locking pin & then turn crank shaft

through 360

rotation, then try fitting timing plate,

with flywheel locking pin in position.

Relieve timing belt tension by loosening tensioner

roller assembly. Fig. 36

Remove timing belt and subsequently remove

flywheel locking pin.

Cylinder head :

Disconnect oil separator connecting hoses from and

to inlet manifold, crank case, sump.

Remove mounting of blowby pipe mounting bracket

fitted on inlet manifold.

Remove oil separator. Fig. 37

Remove dipstick outer along with mounting bracket

from inlet manifold and crank case. Fig. 38
