Timing Belt :

Unscrew timing gear train cover mounting bolts.

Remove timing gear train cover, top & bottom.

Insert timing pin (Pt. No. 2654 5890 03 07) in

crankcase and keep crank shaft rotating with

spanner simultaneously pressing timing pin till it

locks with a hole in the fly wheel. Fig. 29.

Check it by lifting timing pin slightly rotating crank

shaft further and try fitting timing pin again. The fly

wheel then should not move in either direction.

Pull out spark plug cables from the ignition coil.

Loosen the cover on spark plugs. Fig. 30
