FOUR VALVE ENGINEERING FOR PETROL ENGINES

The four valve technology offers the optimum requirements for low pollution engines which offer low fuel
consumption despite high output.

The four valve technology enables significantly more air and fuel to pass through the cylinder head
within the same fraction of time. In other words more output can be gained from the same displacement.
OVERHEAD CAM SHAFTS
This engine has two overhead cam shafts in order to be able to open the two inlet and two exhaust valves of
each cylinders.
1.
Overhead cam shaft provide greater freedom in designing the combustion chamber, resulting in higher
engine output.
2.
Engine output is improved in the higher engine speed range.
