10.4. OVERHAULING FRONT HVAC UNIT

DISMANTLING

!! WARNING

Coolant will be present in the heater coil, so carefully

tilt the HVAC unit and collect the coolant in an ap-

propriate container to avoid it spilling onto the

technician.

1. Remove the electrical connection from blower.

2. Loosen and remove three mounting bolts

3. Remove the

lips.

4. Separate the blower from the assembly.

5. Remove the electrical connection of resistor.
