26. Assemble the water pump with new gasket.
27.Clean the mating surface of crankcase and rear
cover.
28.Fit the oil seal to the crankcase rear cover using
the special tool
(Part no. 2653 5890 06 06).
29.Assemble the crankcase rear cover and tighten
the mounting bolts to the specified torque.
30.Apply anaerobic liquid
(Silicon)
gasket on crank-
case-oil sump face evenly in appropriate quantity
before the fitment of ladder frame. Ensure that
the face is thoroughly cleaned before applying
anaerobic liquid
(Silicon)
gasket.
31.Assemble the ladder frame and tighten the
mounting bolts to the specified torque.
