1.2.3 ON VEHICLE REPAIRS

1.2.3.1 STEERING WHEEL REMOVAL

1. Park the car with front wheel in straight ahead

position. Apply parking brake and place wheel

chokes at rear wheels.

2. Disconnect battery.

3. Pull out the horn pad.

!! WARNING

Before removing steering wheel make alignment

marks on the steering wheel and the shaft for guiding

during reinstallation.

4. Remove the steering wheel nut.

5. Remove steeringwheel using steering wheel puller.
