Installation:
1. Insert the ‘Oil Tank’ outlet port inside the
‘Power Unit Base Plate’ inlet port by moving it
vertically towards the mating surface.
2. When the ‘Oil Tank’ O-ring comes in contact
with the ‘Power Unit Base Plate’ seat, push it
slowly with appropriate load, applied by
operator’s hand, to complete the assembly.
3. Screw the spare part screw M6x20 for fixing
‘Oil Tank’ under ‘Power Unit Base Plate’ body
at the right torque 10 ± 1 Nm.
4. Screw the three spare parts screws M6x15 for
fixing on ‘Power Unit Base Plate’ body at the
right torque 10 ± 1 Nm.
5. Fill the ‘Oil Tank’ with new ‘CS Speed’ oil, at
the Max. Level ‘@ 0 bar’ (no pressure in the
hydraulic circuit) and restore it after the purge
procedure.
6. Screw the ‘Oil Tank Cap’ at the right torque 2
± 0.5/1 Nm.
