3. Connect the clutch fluid pipe to the operating
cylinder and secure it using the clip.

5. Top-up the brake fluid if necessary.
C. CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER BLEEDING
PROCEDURE
NOTE:
Two technicians are required for this process.
One to be seated on the driver seat.
Ensure that the brake fluid in the reservoir is
filled little beyond the max. Mark.
1. Position the vehicle on a two- post lift and
raise it to a height, where it is convenient to
the technician to access the clutch slave
cylinder.
2. Remove the cap (1) on the bleed valve on the
clutch slave cylinder body, and connect the
bleed pipe.
3. Lift the clip (2) halfway and slightly pulls out
the clutch fluid pipe (3) till it is stopped by the
lifted clip.
4. Keep pumping the clutch pedal till the air
bubbles stop completely and only oil comes
out of the bleed valve.
