3. Hold the Door assembly firmly in complete

open condition.

4. Accesses the Door Hinge MTG screw and

remove four MTG screw from Door side.

5. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring

harness carefully which was disconnected

earlier.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.

NOTE

Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.

Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB

801. Regressing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km

within.



While fixing Hinge MTG Screw, please fix

Datum Screw first.



Door latch and Striker Setting need to be

done For Rattling Noise of side Doors.



Door to be maintain 0.5mm under flush

NOTE

“For Side door Rattling Noise, Door Latch and

striker setting need to be done & maintain 1 mm

under flush condition.”

REMOVAL

1. Open The Door.

2. Pull out Door Pull Bezel

3. Pull out finisher armrest, rear door.

4. Remove mounting screw below Door Pull
