9. Loosen and remove the mounting screw of
inner handle.
10. Insert plastic wedge pin and remove the door
trim.
11.Disconnect the window winding connection
and remove the switch.
NOTE
While lifting door trim, care should be taken such
that tree clips don’t get damage. Below image
gives the location of tree clips on door trim.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
“For Side door Rattling Noise, Door Latch and
striker setting need to be done & maintain 1 mm
under flush condition.”
1.4.11 DOOR INNER LOCK HANDLE
REMOVAL
1. Remove the door trim.
(For procedure refer
door trim removal process.)
2. Press near the vertical edge of screw cap.
3. Slide and remove screw- cap from rear edge.
4. Loosen and remove the mounting screw of
inner handle.
5. Remove one snap and two hooks located
behind the front door inner handle lever.
6. Slide the Housing in horizontal / X direction
towards vehicle front and remove the lever
with Housing assembly from Door Inner panel.
