F. CYLINDER HEAD
REMOVAL
1. Remove the nuts (1) and the exhaust manifold
heat shield.
2. Remove the nuts (1a) and the exhaust manifold
(1b) complete with temperature sensor.
3. Remove the gasket.
4. Position the cylinder head (1a) in a vice using
the tool 1860470000 (1b).
5. Remove the screws (1) fixing the exhaust gas
delivery pipe to the intake chamber, EGR side.
6. Remove the bolts (1) and the exhaust gas supply
pipe to the intake chamber, complete with gasket.
7. Remove the bolts (1a) and the nuts (1b) fixing
the high pressure EGR solenoid valve mounting.
