6. Disconnect the engine oil pressure switch wire
harness connector (1).
7. Disconnect the high oil pressure sensor wire
harness connector (2).
8. Remove the bolts (3) engine oil cooler.
9. Remove the inlet and output O-rings seals (1)
from the engine oil cooler.
10. If required, remove the engine oil pressure
switch (1).
11. If required, remove the engine oil filter cover (2)
complete with filter element.
12. If required, remove the high oil pressure sensor
(3).
FITMENT
1. Insert a NEW filter into the engine oil filter cover.
2. Using a NEW O-ring, install the engine oil filter
cover and tighten to the proper (Torque
Specification).
3. Install the engine high oil pressure switch and
tighten it to the proper (Torque Specification).
4. Install the engine oil pressure switch and tighten
it to the proper (Torque Specification).
5. Connect the high oil pressure sensor wire
harness connector.
6. Connect the engine oil pressure switch wire
harness connector.
7. Connect the coolant return hose to the water
pump.
8. Connect the coolant flow and return hose quick
couplings.
9. Install the starter (Refer to 08 -
Electrical/Starting/STARTER/Removal
and
Installation).
10. Fill the engine coolant (Refer to 07 -
Cooling/Standard Procedure).
11. Install the engine cover (Refer to 09 -
Engine/COVER, Engine/Removal and Installation).
