3. Insert the AC compressor belt removal special
tool
(part no. 5438 5890 0601)
as shown and
rotate the crankshaft pulley in anticlockwise
direction to pop out the belt. Remove the AC
compressor belt.
FITMENT
1. Place the AC compressor belt on the
compressor pulley.
2. Place the other end of AC compressor belt on
damper pulley.
3. Place the panel popper tool as shown in fig. &
rotate the damper pulley in clockwise
direction.
4. Take out panel popper tool.
5. Place the stretch belt on the alternator pulley.
6. Place the other end of stretch belt on damper
pulley.
7. Place the stretch belt fitment tool on damper
pulley and tighten its locking bolt.
8. Rotate the damper pulley in anti-clockwise
direction.
9. After stretch belt fitment remove the tool from
damper pulley.
10.Refit the RH side front mud liner.
