RADIATOR
REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant
tank.
(For procedure refer “Coolant
replacement” in Engine maintenance section)
2. Disconnect the electrical connections to the
cooling fan shroud.
3. Disconnect the radiator top hose at radiator
end by removing radiator inlet worm clamp and
outlet spring band clamp.
4. Remove the inner mud liner of the front RH
wheel.
(For procedure refer Body section).
5. Disconnect radiator hose to the thermostat.
6. Discharge the refrigerant using standard
recovering equipment.
7. Loosen and remove the bolt and disconnect
the refrigerant inlet pipe.
8. Loosen and remove the fastener and
disconnect the discharge pipe to condenser
.
