7.9. FRONT FOG LAMP
The fog lamps are located in the lower part of the
front bumper. The bulb used for the fog lamp
function is a halogen H16 bulb, 12V - 19W.
Fog lamp on/off is done by using master light
switch.
REMOVAL:
1. Open engine hood & ensure all lamps are in
OFF condition.
2. Remove the front bumper (For procedure refer
Front bumper removal process in Body
section.)
3. Disconnect the electrical connection of fog
lamp.
4. Remove the front bumper.
5. Loosen and remove the fog lamp mounting
fasteners and full out it.
REFITMENT
For refitment follow the procedure in reverse.
BULB REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connection.
2. Remove the bulb assembly by rotating in
anticlockwise direction.
3. Remove the DRL assembly by rotating in
anticlockwise direction.
4. Take out the bulb from holder& replace with
new one.
5. Fit the assembly by rotating in clockwise
direction.
6. Connect the electrical connection.
