12. Connect clutch release cable to clutch release
lever and adjust (see Clutch group for cable
adjustment procedure). Route the harness
carefully under the lever.
13. Fix starter motor.
14. Align and insert both LH and RH sides drive
shaft assemblies into transaxle carefully.
15. Tighten Drive shaft Lock Nut.
CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN NOT TO DAMAGE
DRIVESHAFT OIL SEAL AND ITS BOOTS (DO
NOT USE HAMMER).
Ensure that splined end of plunge joint is
inserted fully in differential gear.
16. Assemble ball joints on lower link (both RH and
LH).
17. Connect ball joint (steering rack) on steering
knuckle.
18. Connect Speedo-cable and vehicle speed
sensor.
19. Mount Brake caliper on brake disc and tighten
the mountings on brake caliper.
20. Connect electrical connection on starter motor.
21. Position and Tighten Fuse Box.
22. Fit wheels and hand tighten the bolts and lower
the vehicle from the two post lift.
23. Tighten wheel mounting bolts to specified
torque.
24. Connect the battery negative terminal.
