5. Assemble the tensioner and Lock the chain
tensioner with pin.

Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking

6. Assemble the fixed guide rail.
7. Assemble the movable guide.
8. Adjust the tension of Timing chain by unlock
the tensioner by removing locking pin.
9. Tighten the VCT and Exhaust camshaft
sprocket by specific torque.
10. Assemble cam chain guide
11. Spread the liquid red sealant on timing cover
without spilling the sealant in threaded holes.
