No cooling

AC will remain Off. Cooling cannot be achieved.

Fault Detection Condition
Compressor permanently off
Normal Operating Condition
Air conditioner is functional and voltage at pin no 27 of green
connector should be 12V
Probable Trouble Area
AC request drive line is short circuited to ground

Preliminary Checks:
Switch On the IGN & Engine, perform the following check.
1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code
