Customer Symptom
Over cooling
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
AC request to EMS will always remain On for short to battery
condition and draw battery current
Lamp Status (If Any)
NA
Fault Detection Condition
AC request drive line is short circuited to Battery
Normal Operating Condition
Voltage at pin 27 of green connector should be 0V.
AC goes off when requested
Probable Trouble Area
HVAC connector wired wrong, switch connector wired wrong,
harness wire shorted

proper operation of AC.
Preliminary Checks:
Switch On the IGN & Engine, perform the following check.
1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code
2)Read ECU Parameter,
