Connect the Diagnostics tool

Step - 14

Turn on the Ignition

Step - 15

Using the diagnostics tool perform the variant coding (Variant coding is

applicable for the CAN variant only)

Variants:

Non-CAN Vehicle: 01 (default)

CAN vehicle: 02

Step - 16

Perform an Ignition cycle.

With the diagnostics tool please check for any errors in the ABS ECU, if yes

please take corrective actions and erase the registered DTC.

Step - 17

Perform an ignition cycle

Please check the ABS & EBD warning lamp on the instrument cluster. If the

lamps are OFF then the system has been installed successfully.

Step - 18

Perform normal bleeding on the vehicle with the TML standard bleeding.

Step - 19

Take the test drive of the vehicle. Check the ABS & EBD warning lamps on the

car.

If the warning lamps are ON then repeat steps 16-17 again.

Step - 20

Take the test drive again. Check if the warning lamps are off.

Perform an ABS brake at low speed to check the functionality.

New ABS system Installed success fully only if:

1. If ABS/EBD lamps are off.

2. During ABS braking at low speed vehicle is stable and nother is no Wheel

lock (Subjective evaluation).
