Fault Detection Condition
DTC logged when Express down function is requested
and
Express down output circuit short to GND.
Normal Operating Condition
No DTC logged during Express down operation.
Probable Trouble Area
1. Switch stuck low
2. Wiring harness short to GND
3. BCM fault
4. BCM connector fault
Healing Condition
1. Ignition OFF
ON
2 Clear DTC Command
Component Details:
If Down Switch is pressed then BCM shall provide the pulse to start the window down movement.
Preliminary Checks:
1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V)
2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
