B1325– 23: Down Switch Stuck– Signal Stuck Low

Customer Symptom
No Window down movement.
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
No Window down movement.
Lamp Status (If Any)
N.A.
Fault Detection Condition
This fault gets logged by BCM if signal stuck low
condition is detected for Window Down switch.
Normal Operating Condition
If window is closed and Window Down switch is pressed
then BCM shall immediately start Window down
movement.
0Probable Trouble Area
1. BCM connector Fault.
2. Down Switch Stuck input wire short to ground
from cockpit wiring harness.
3. Switch damaged or stuck
4. BCM ECU fault.
Healing Condition
1. Ignition OFF
ON
2. Clear DTC Command
Component Details:
If Down Switch is pressed then BCM shall provide the pulse to start the window down movement.
Preliminary Checks:
3. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above)
4. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
