1. Remove Tailgate Unlock actuator.
2. Perform visual check of connector for pins bend or damaged etc.
Is connector
faulty?
Check continuity between two
terminals of tailgate unlock
actuators.
Continuity
found?
BCM ECU faulty
Replace BCM ECU
1. Actuator is faulty.
2. Replace tailgate unlock actuator.
Correct connector
fault(Terminals bend)
Correct BCM side wiring
harness.(Short to battery)
