Fault Detection Condition
If the incorrect ACK data is received OR No Ack
received after 3 retries, BCM shall log DTC “Data
Integrity Error” against HU
Normal Operating Condition
Features defined in User customization setting menu
work with values available with BCM
Probable Trouble Area
1. BCM Cockpit Wiring harness faulty
2. BCM connector Fault
3. Infotainment ECU Fault
4. BCM ECU fault
Healing Condition
1. Ignition OFF
ON
2. Clear DTC Command
Component Details:

Preliminary Checks:
1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V)
2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
