U100E – 23: Crank Power mode Input switch – Signal Stuck Low

START

Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs

Is DTC U100E-23

present?

STOP

Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic

Is History?

1. Press the Crank Power mode Input switch and release it.

2. Clear DTC

Is DTC U100E-

23 present?

YES

Disconnect vehicle battery connection.

(Please follow the safety guidelines)

Check BCM and Ignition switch connectors for

terminal back out.

Are connectors loose?

Reconnect connectors firmly

YES

1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector.

2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc.

YES
