Customer Symptom
Doors unlock and will not lock
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
Doors unlock and will not lock
Lamp Status (If Any)
NA
Fault Detection Condition
This fault gets logged by BCM when door unlock control
others relay output is shorted to ground.
Normal Operating Condition
All doors will unlock after pressing RKE unlocks switch/
internal knob.
Probable Trouble Area
1. BCM connector wired wrong
2. Cockpit harness wire shorted to ground
3. Relay damaged.
Healing Condition
1. Ignition OFF
ON
2. Clear DTC Command
Component Details:
All doors will unlock using door unlock control others relay when user press RKE unlock switch or internal
knob.
Doors unlock control others relay is active low.
Preliminary Checks:
1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above)
2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
