Verify BCM ECU parameterization as per
vehicle configuration using Diagnostics Tool
Is parameterization
correct?
BCM ECU faulty
Correct the wrong parameter values(s)
Correct the BCM side wiring harness to
remove wrong continuity
No
Yes
Is faulty?
Replace the Driver Door Master Actuator
Yes
Check continuity between Driver Door Master
Actuator connector pins
[S1 (Lock)]
and
[S1
(Unlock)]
Is continuity found?
Yes
No
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, ensure the following points by using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
1. Switch Ignition ON.
2. Run Input Switch Test routine, operate switches manually and check DTC B1630 – 62 is not returned
with the Routine results.
